What is Faith? - Daniel_R - 08-18-2024

Today Kwame preached about faith and here are major points he covered.
  1. Faith comes from God. We get a quantifiable amount, but we need to exercise it. Faith means coming into agreement that an unseen solution exists to solve a visible problem.
  2. Faith is and act of surrender. Our plan for God's promise.
  3. Faith is a decision. The word decision is rooted in the meaning "to cut off". When we decide, we necessarily cut off our options and possibilities.[Image: Screen-Shot-2021-02-10-at-3.17.30-PM.png...C394&ssl=1]
  4. Faith is a belief

Awesome notes Dan! Love the imagery.

Here is my favorite definition of Faith:
Faith is the confident belief in God’s existence, character, and promises, even without physical or sensory evidence.
It is both a gift from God and a response to His revelation, leading to a life of
reliance on His unseen but real presence and power.
